Medical Director Physician

Conduct comprehensive PM&R-focused evaluations, including functional assessments and physical exams. Develop and manage individualized rehabilitation plans to restore function and maximize independence. Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams, including therapy and nursing staff. Educate patients and families on recovery expectations, mobility, and long-term function. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Dedicated night call coverage for work-life balance.
