The Family Medicine team is uniquely trained to care for patients as a whole person, regardless of age or sex. The cornerstone of Family Medicine is an ongoing, personal relationship between caregivers and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Caregivers and patients work together to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

**A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm. 1 day per week will be until 8:00pm and 1 Saturday per month will be 8:00am to 12:00pm.**
