Medical Aid Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Medical Aid Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing professional healthcare advisory services and assisting clients in making informed medical aid decisions.

• Provide professional medical aid advice and guidance to employees and members


• Conduct member consultations and needs analyses


• Assist with new applications, upgrades, downgrades, and benefit changes


• Resolve member queries and liaise with medical schemes where required


• Conduct onsite member education and awareness sessions


• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with FAIS, TCF, and company compliance requirements


• Maintain accurate client records and complete all required documentation


• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
