Medical Affairs Operational Excellence Intern

An internship position to support the execution of Medical Affairs Functions (MAF) operational activities and to maintain and track digital dashboards for the MAF team. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, maintaining operational trackers, managing workflows, and ensuring high data quality and timely follow‑up across medical operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the MAF team to help ensure timely execution of medical activities and deliverables.
• Maintain and update operational trackers and dashboards, including the CIE log, to provide clear visibility on status, owners, timelines, and actions.
• Capture, triage, and assist in prioritizing incoming CIEs; ensure accurate recording, routing, and timely follow‑up to closure.
