Medical Affairs Lead, DACH

Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical Affairs Lead, who is responsible for shaping and delivering the DACH medical strategy, driving education, evidence generation, and engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the diabetes space.
The role leads cross-functional collaboration to support product launches, market access, and adoption of Insulet’s solutions. As part of the regional leadership team, they oversee Medical Affairs activities, manage a team, and ensure alignment with global and local objectives. This position requires deep scientific expertise, strong leadership, and experience in diabetes within pharma or medical devices.

The Medical Affairs Lead for DACH is accountable for developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy for the 3 countries.
