Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs based on real-world industry practices
• Conduct classroom and practical hands-on training sessions using effective training methodologies
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials
• Integrate industry scenario and practical examples into training sessions
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
• Provide training report and feedback to learners
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business teams to align training with industry needs
