Mobile Mechanical Supervisor


We’re looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor to join a facilities management contract covering a large portfolio of sites across Hampshire. This is a great next step for someone who’s come up through the trade and is ready to lead a team, get out from behind the tools, and take more ownership of how work gets delivered.


You’ll be out on the road most of the week, covering around 140 properties across Hampshire, so this suits someone who doesn’t mind being mobile and wants variety in their day rather than sitting in one building.


What You’ll Be Doing


As Mobile Mechanical Supervisor, your day to day will include:

  • Leading a team of engineers across the contract, making sure work gets done properly and on time

  • Getting out to client meetings to understand what they need from the contract

  • Running smaller works like roof refurbs, repairs, and reactive maintenance jobs
