Mechanical Supervisor (Nuclear Power Plant)

The role is responsible for supporting maintenance scope execution, complex troubleshooting, engineering evaluations, operability determinations, operational decision-making, and temporary modifications throughout the planning, execution, and post-closeout phases of outage and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, nuclear safety standards, industrial safety practices, environmental requirements, and operational performance objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance, inspection, testing, and outage activities.

Lead and manage teams of mechanical technicians and craft personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.
