Mechanical Site Engineer - UAE

James L. Williams Middle East (JLW) is seeking Mechanical Site Engineers to join our project teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the engineering office for the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, authority submissions, and technical submittals.
• Manage material take‑offs, track procurement progress, and ensure timely delivery of materials to site.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for design verification, inspections, and approvals.
• Support QA/QC processes, oversee redline mark‑ups, and ensure timely submission of as‑built drawings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and work schedules for subcontractors.
