Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Lead project planning, execution and progress monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage and coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards.
- Prepare and review contractual and technical documentation.
- Supervise teams providing effective leadership and motivation.
- Implement budgeting and cost-control measures.
- Resolve site issues proactively with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Deep knowledge of MEP systems and building construction practices.
- Strong leadership and project execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.
