Leading Mechanical Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team in Vancouver or Toronto with a focus on new construction as well as retrofit/special projects The Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate and provide general management oversight of construction projects through conceptualization, scheduling, implementation and all other phases of a construction project. Ensures that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding and delivered on schedule and within budget. Salary $110,000 – $140,000. Primary Responsibilities of Mechanical Project Manager

• Reviews project estimate and scope of work on awarded projects.
