Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator position is responsible to set the maintenance process, which is Preventive maintenance Conveyor, Electric Nut runners and Vehicle Dynamo meter. Engine Test Beds, PM Effectiveness Monitoring and action plan, Predictive Maintenance Knowledge about TPM is preferable. Manpower handling, Shift handing, Ensure machine uptime, IMS documentation, Machine Spares parts planning SAP PM module.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise daily plant mechanical maintenance operations including attendance tracking, shift deployment, grievance redressal, and floor-level team engagement.
• Sound Knowledge in Assembly Conveyors, Pulse DC Tools
• Breakdown root cause analysis and action plan, Kaizens, Pokayoke, Productivity Improvement Projects
• Spare parts planning
• Sound Knowledge in Fixed and Handheld scanners (Cognex, Keyence Preferable)
