Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our Total FM division, conducting maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of school buildings, mechanical and gas services, associated systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures and to participate in a rotating shift pattern and the out of hours on call rota.

You will be joining our Total FM team based in Exeter. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, confidence in carrying out PPM tasks, plumbing repairs, and HVAC maintenance, while reliably performing safety checks across fire systems and emergency equipment, using CAFM systems effectively, and communicating professionally with school staff, site managers, ...
