Mechanical Foreperson

At Plan Group, we work on landmark projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. As an Electrical, Mechanical, and Technology contractor supporting multiple major projects across the GTA, we are expanding our team and looking for driven Forepersons to join our on-site operations throughout the region.

As a Mechanical Foreperson, you will:

• Lead mechanical crews and coordinate day-to-day onsite activities.


• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to support installation work.


• Plan workflow, schedule tasks, and help ensure project milestones and labour targets are achieved.


• Manage material orders and maintain accurate tracking of tools and equipment.


• Verify installation quality and ensure all work aligns with project requirements and Plan Group standards.


• Promote and enforce Plan Group safety policies at all times.
