Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position functions under the general supervision of the Resident Engineer who assigns work in terms of priorities and specific construction requirements prior to construction activities. Responsibilities Serves as liaison between User, Contractor, Architect/Engineer Design Firms, area Offices, District, Division, and USACE, and other Technical Centers of Expertise.
