To perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of mechanical systems in the production line, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

What You Will Do
Take care of Mechanical machine and system for the plantAssist maintenance planning (as required) to evaluate machine repair, plans and improvementWork with operations and maintenance (supervisors and operators) to identify and execute opportunities for improvement to the equipment to prevent or minimize downtimeCoordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and outside vendors to provide support to operations and maintenance to improve repair effectiveness.Own the spare parts program; Determine which parts need to be maintained to operate the facility consistent with Guardian’s risk profileW...
