Mechanical Engineer

A Building Mechanical Engineer (often referred to as an HVAC or MEP Engineer) focuses on the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the mechanical systems within residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Essentially, they are responsible for making a building comfortable, safe, healthy, and energy-efficient.

• HVAC Systems: Design Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to regulate temperature, humidity, and air quality.
• Plumbing & Drainage: Design potable water supply, hot water systems, sanitary drainage, and stormwater management systems.
• Fire Protection: Design fire suppression systems, including wet/dry sprinklers, standpipes, and clean agent systems.
