Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptual and detailed design of Mechanical/Electrical/BMS engineering works.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and supervise subcontractors to ensure installation and maintenance work meet quality standards.
- Prepare site progress reports, method statements, and other project documentation.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of BMS/PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, resolving any technical issues.
- Manage and schedule preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal functioning of systems.
- Perform routine checks, system backups, and upgrades to enhance system performance.
