Job Overview

Mid‑Level Mechanical / Industrial Design Engineer to help scale, adapt, and optimize our patented Clearsight technology by iterating form factors, optimizing components for DFM, and improving ruggedized enclosures. Responsibilities

Execute rapid evaluation of engineering concepts with an emphasis on mechanical design. Own hardware design from initial requirements through handoff to low‑rate production. Assist technical efforts to define requirements, propose solutions, and establish methodologies for evaluating and verifying mechanical systems. Perform hand calculations and FEA to develop, assess, and optimize designs. Build and test prototypes, analyze failures, execute hardware test plans, and transition successful projects toward production. Work on designs involving tight integration of thermal solutions, electro‑mechanical hardware, PCBAs, and cabling/harnessing.
