Job Description
- Supervise daily meat processing operations, including cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning of meat products.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to production staff to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise staff on proper meat processing techniques and workplace safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of processing equipment and work areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in meat processing or butchery operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment.
