MEA People Experience Leader - Operations & ER

Smithfieldgroup is seeking a Senior Manager for People Experience in Dubai. This role integrates People Operations, Employee Relations, and transformation initiatives in HR.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of HR experience, a strong grasp of employment laws, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while leading critical HR functions.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
