SupportFinity™ is seeking a Retail Learning Manager for the Middle East based in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering training across 9 stores in 5 countries, aiming to enhance service excellence and team performance.

The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of retail or training management experience, possess strong business acumen, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and engage diverse teams. Extensive travel within the region is expected.
