M&E Resident Technical Officer

Location: Central region

• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the client and Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same / across disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• To assist the Job Manager to review Contractor(s) submissions such as:

• Shop Drawings
• Requests for Information
• Method Statements
• Material Submissions
• Inspection Test Plan submissions

• Ensure the required standards of quality and accuracy are maintained for all works and conform to the contract specifications, construction drawings, approved materials and statutory regulation.
• Ensure all materials used conform with specifications.
