Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all on‑site technical and engineering matters.
- Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving site problems.
- Prepares project status reports.
- Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
- Flexible and able to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure works are carried out to meet the Company's quality standard and contractual requirements.
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors technical matters.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be 5 years of working experience in the building construction industry preferably with school/government projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
