Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements. Interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and regulations. Monitor and inspect M&E installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and proper execution. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and site constraints. Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per project and ISO standards.
