General Summary:
The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, completeness, and governance of vendor and customer master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role serves as a central point of coordination between Purchasing, Engineering, Plant Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Care, Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and compliant onboarding, maintenance, and validation of master records. The MDM Analyst manages the end-to-end vendor and customer setup process, verifies regulatory and tax compliance requirements, maintains supporting documentation and contracts, monitors insurance certificates and other vendor qualifications, and ensures master data remains current and accurate.
