Maximo Functional Subject Matter Expert

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale Maximo SaaS implementation at a world-class hospitality and resort destination in the United Arab Emirates. The engagement involves serving as a neutral, trusted advisor between the clients IT organization and its business operations teams to close identified gaps in the current implementation and drive alignment on functional requirements.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven consulting engagement. The selected consultant will be expected to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, review licensing and configuration options, conduct a comprehensive GAP analysis, and help both parties arrive at a solution that meets business needs within the current platform.
