Maths Teacher

Overview

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher for a well-regarded secondary school in Sherborne, Dorset. The role starts in September 2026 and is full‑time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons.
• Motivate and engage students of all abilities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to raising attainment and supporting student progress.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Complete a valid enhanced DBS check (or have undertaken one).
• Contribute to safeguarding checks and child‑protection training.
