As a tutor, you’ll play a key role in every child’s learning journey by

• Delivering lessons that last . Using our smart learning tool, Compass, you’ll deliver tailored sessions where you facilitate learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
• Building meaningful relationships . With a 16 ratio, you’ll get to know each child and create a safe, inspiring environment where they can take risks and develop a lifelong love of learning.
• Driving academic progress . Support members as they work through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones and successes along the way.
