Position Title Mathematics Instructor Location Main Campus (Dobson) Shift Day/Evening Job Summary Curriculum instructors will instruct within their area of expertise using college level measures to determine student success. They will apply the tenets of critical thinking to subject matter and will demonstrate flexibility in teaching across educational mediums (seated, online, hybrid/blended modalities, information highway, etc.) as needed. They will participate in academic advising, college service, and professional development activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teaching Conduct all class hours professionally as assigned. Teaching load: 18‑20 contact hours in fall and spring semesters. Create professional syllabi that meet Faculty Syllabus Checklist requirements. Administer and assess assignments and activities that require critical thinking.
