Cartside Medical Practice, based in Linwood Health Centre, Renfrewshire is looking for a Medical Receptionist to cover Maternity Leave starting September 2026 for 9-12 months.

As a Medical Receptionist, youll play a key role in supporting our patients and clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
 Front Desk Reception Duties, greet patients, answer calls, and assist with enquiries.

 Management of Appointment Book, schedule and manage patient appointments accurately and efficiently.

Document Handling, process clinical documents, scan and file records accurately.

Update patient records with precision.

Prescriptions, manage prescription requests.

Handling and actioning immediate discharge summaries and prescriptions

Patient Signposting, guide patients to the right services.
