DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of product necessary for the business, based on lead times and sales forecasts.
• Correspond and communicate with suppliers for any updates regarding orders and/or products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic partnerships with suppliers and partners.
• Lead Weekly Production meeting to review all incoming shipments and product needs.
• Monitor and maintain acceptable inventory business wide.
• Coordinate and manage physical cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to research and identify inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
