Materials & Logistics Coordinator (Colombia)

Position: Materials and Logistics Coordinator (Onsite, Penrose, CO). Reports to Energetics Manufacturing Supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate associated purchase orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure the timely flow of materials to production and R&D operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including serialized and lot‑tracked materials that support production traceability and audit readiness.
• Support compliance with defense supply chain and regulatory requirements, including DFARS, ITAR, ISO 9001 and AS 9100.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
