Material Planner

Job Description Monitor regular stocks and replenish when stocks reach a minimum order level Follow up on shipment tracking Issue blanket PO's as per orders from local and overseas customers Ensure that all purchase orders are issued to the correct supplier with the correct date and quantity Follow up on all damaged or rejected merchandise, Input supplier delivery order goods, receive into system Update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates of shipments into system by getting email acknowledgment from supplier for receipt of Purchase Orders Ensure incoming shipment documents are received from suppliers Ensure quantity in shipment invoices tally with quantity in physical count forms and file them together Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or a related Business field Minimum 1 year of working experience in Material planning or Inventory control related Basic knowledge of ERP systems Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analyt...
