Key Responsibilities Operational Management Plan, coordinate, and supervise all material handling activities, including loading, hauling, stockpiling, blending, and coal dispatch operations. Ensure efficient and safe operations by monitoring daily production against mining plans and KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement. Optimise equipment utilisation, productivity, and cost per tonne moved through effective production planning and scheduling. Coordinate activities between mining, processing, logistics, maintenance, and contractors to ensure seamless operations and consistent coal supply to the wash plant and customers. Ensure coal quality compliance through effective stockpile management and adherence to production requirements.
