Masterplanning Design Lead - Urban Strategy & Delivery

RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd is looking for a Design Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of large-scale master-planning and urban design projects across the UAE and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, strategic thinking, and proven leadership skills to guide teams through all project stages.

You'll ensure design excellence, manage resources, and maintain high standards while engaging with clients and stakeholders. A minimum of 8 years in relevant fields is required, alongside proficiency in industry-standard software.
