Key Activities:
- Create Master data as per the CDT process : ERP – SAP
- Co-ordinate with the stake holder/requestor for clarification in create data.
- Create / Extend Materials in the correct plant and in the sales orgs as applicable.
- Create Assembly Bills of Material / Manufacturing BOM / Routing group assignment as appropriate.
- Run Data validation procedure, verify and correct the material master data as appropriate.
- Validate assembly BOM /data created , to ensure SAP BOM is in line with the drawing BOM and CDT process.
- Record errors and update the learnings to Knowledge base to aid team training and reference.
- Develop corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of errors.
- Work along with the Sr. team members to review and update the recommended changes to the material master.
