CHEF – JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS Position: Chef (Full-Time) Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to the company’s recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure all dishes are served with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Prepare ingredients before service (cutting, marinating, sauces, soup bases, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness; report any spoiled or low‑stock ingredients.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory and minimize food wastage.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Assist in creating and improving menu items when required.
  • Perform opening and closing kitchen duties according to the daily checklist.
