Marketplace Head

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketplace Head is the primary growth driver of Snapmart’s 3P seller business. This role is equal parts hunter, strategist, and leader, relentlessly building a seller ecosystem that generates real, measurable revenue for landers.ph. You will own the full seller lifecycle: from prospecting and deal-closing, to onboarding, activation, and sustained GMV performance. You are accountable not just for how many sellers you bring in, but for how much they sell.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Seller Acquisition

• Own the full pipeline: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with target sellers and brand partners relevant to Landers’ member base and priority categories.
• Leverage an existing network of marketplace sellers, brand principals, distributors, and online-first brands to rapidly build a high-quality seller roster.
