Marketplace Growth Manager, Selection, ZA Marketplace

We are seeking a customer‑centric Program Manager to lead Selection programs within the 3P Marketplace in South Africa. This role owns end‑to‑end initiatives that accelerate selection growth and improve conversion across the funnel. You will also build strong relationships across 3P and 1P teams (including leadership), acting as the single‑threaded owner for Selection and identifying opportunities to align and synergize your initiatives with partner team goals. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management with deep analytical capability, and thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while driving measurable business outcomes.
