Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, stories) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Oversee daily management of social media channels, including scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with the audience.
- Strategize and implement paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), handling budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to deliver high-quality visuals and compelling copy.
- Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitor activities to propose innovative strategies.
