Responsibilities

• Planning – Work with the Sr. Marketing Manager to plan growth initiatives across owned, paid, and earned channels with a focus on driving customer acquisition, loyalty, and business results. Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, adoption of new product launches, and initiatives to grow weekly active users.
• Collaboration & Execution – Assess growth program objectives and develop go‑to‑market plans and execution tactics. Prepare creative briefs, manage campaign calendars and projects ensuring a successful launch.
