Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning & Budget: Develop and update CME marketing plan in coordination with the line manager and central Marketing team to ensure alignment with department’s annual budget and plans. Ensure the marketing plans are executed within budget in a timely manner, according to the customer lifecycle communication plan.
- Customer Communication : Develop new mechanisms, update & enhance Customer Relationship Management processes and marketing strategies to target the relevant segment. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams as subject matter expert to define messages related to customer communication being sent through marketing channels.
- Direct Marketing Campaigns: Develop & implement new and relevant digital marketing mechanisms through liaising with business units to achieve their relevant targets, oversee and manage copywriting – English & Arabic to online E-shots, e-newsletters, and direct mailers
