Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promoting M+ through integrated marketing campaigns including both online and offline marketing, aligned with M+’s mission and annual goals;
- Identifying audience insights and market trends via e-marketing tools to inform campaign development and outreach;
- Managing M+’s social media platforms and create compelling content such as WeChat, Facbook, Xiaohongshu;
- Collaborating with internal teams like (Exhibition, Curatorial, Development, Membership, Visitor Services) to ensure aligned audience engagement & develop promotional materials;
- assisting in in-house audience surveys, capturing audience data for campaign evaluation and marketing purposes;
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact;
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with KOLs, cultural & tourism partners;
