We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate development to execute strategic marketing initiatives across residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate development lifecycle , property marketing, lead generation, branding, sales enablement and digital marketing strategies that drive project awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with development, sales, design, and external agency partners to create compelling campaigns that position projects effectively in the market and support business objectives.
