About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Madrid Boutique team. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and client engagement projects, gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail and boutique operations.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT 
Monitor and track Fashion Advisors’ clienteling activities (launches, campaigns, communications, and events), delivering weekly performance analysis and tailored action plans to drive engagement.
Manage the clienteling gifting strategy, including inventory tracking, system registration, client feedback, and coordination of gift and flower deliveries.
EVENTS & CLIENT VIC EXPERIENCE
Support the planning and execution of boutique events and projects, enhancing the overall client experience.
