Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with documented ownership over at least one performance channel across paid social, email, SEO, or content, and direct accountability for defined commercial outcomes.
- Working command of at least one marketing automation or distribution platform, including HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, or equivalent, at a production level.
- Track record of running campaigns end-to-end: from brief through execution, optimisation, and closed-loop performance reporting.
- Clear written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate channel-level performance data into commercial language for non-marketing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated budget management discipline, with spend-to-outcome tracking and allocation adjustment based on real-time performance signal.
