Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns according to industry policies and best practices
- Ensure prompt and accurate email communication
- Support the Sustainability Brand Ambassador
- Usher residents who have signed their lease agreement at counters
- Update the appointments log book on a daily basis
- Liaise with staff to obtain the total number of appointments for the next working day
- Standby for any additional appointments
- Assist with smooth delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
- Assist to maximise customer digital engagement through daily operations and efficiency improvements
- Assist with development and execution of B2C events, content creation to engage residents
