• the strategist, operator, and driver of Noonday’s next chapter.


• This is not a strategy-from-the-sidelines role.
• We need a leader who lives for conversion rate optimization, owns Shopify Plus and Klaviyo with genuine technical depth, and understands that at a brand like Noonday, commerce and story are the same thing.
• Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll set the digital vision and translate it into daily execution — owning the commercial plan, the promotional calendar, the email and SMS program, and the creative brief process.
• You’ll partner with our in-house creative team to make sure every campaign feels unmistakably Noonday.
