Marketing & Customer Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in consumer-facing digital products (mobile applications and web platforms) and demonstrated experience in Loyalty Programs , preferably within the Retail sector . The ideal candidate will combine customer‑centric thinking, digital product leadership, and commercial acumen to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver engaging customer experiences that increase acquisition, retention, and loyalty value.

This role requires a strategic product leader capable of translating customer insights and business priorities into scalable digital experiences while working cross‑functionally with technology, design, marketing, CRM, and business teams.
